How does the Manufacturing works ?
We search the web to find the best models to 3D print !
We try our best to add new models regularly in order to offer you a bigger selection of items.
All the products are printed on our multiple 3D printers with biodegradable plastic.
Due to the manufacturing process, visual artifacts may be present on the parts but they do not affect the use of the product.
Unless specified otherwise, you should not let our prints for a long time exposed under the sun and especially near a window in a car during summer.
How does the delivery works ?
A lot of our prints are made once ordered and thus not immediately available, but the maximum is done to make the time between your order and the delivery as short as possible. We ship your order with the Swisspost in parcels or letters depending on the size of the products.
An estimation for the whole delivery time is available in the product description, we try our best to follow these estimates.
We offer free delivery on some items and charge on others.
What are the methods of payment supported?
At the moment we support : Visa, Mastercard, Applepay, Googlepay. In the near future we would like to add Twint and other methods.
In some rare occasion, we can authorize payment by invoice, please contact us before ordering.
All the transactions are secured and done by our payment provider Stripe.
Can I ask for a specific object to be 3d printed ?
We have a dedicated page to submit a quote for a specific 3D object available on the internet.
We also offer 3D design services if needed, if you would like to make coasters, medals, label pins with your company logo… We have a large selection of filament colors to suit your needs.
